Much has been written on this subject over the years and of course a lot of money has been made, take The Secret for example.
In basic terms, you think about what you want, keep visualising it in your head, perhaps make up a dream board, and hey presto a brand new gleaming red Ferrari arrives on your driveway!
But is that really what self manifesting is all about and is that really what ‘them upstairs’ intended?
For one, I don’t think so.
Surely it is better to start inwardly and then work outwards.
Therefore ‘self manifesting’ a healthy mind and body is where you perhaps need to start.
To feel and be well is so important, once you have that firm foundation you can start to move mountains.
The intent to bring wellness into your life can, and will, bring some amazing changes. They may be subtle to begin with but keep going with those positive thought patterns.
Now I am not saying that this will be easy or that it will bring overnight success because illness can be many years in the making and it will take time for you to notice the changes that are starting to happen.
The stress of modern living doesn’t help anyone but we can lessen the affects by not watching the news or buying newspapers and perhaps lessen the time spent on Facebook! Much of what appears on there is not worth reading and it is media led.
Take a look at the products that you are using at home as they can also have a detrimental effect on your health.
